F. Earl Christy Girl. The heavy stock paper card depicts a fashionably dressed lady cheering on the University of Chicago; the 1891 date refers to the University's founding. The card was likely produced circa 1914. during the heyday of F. Earl Christy, the famous American illustrator whose signature appears on the lithographed card. 3" X 6". Very rare. OS-406.
